Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5, manufacturer's choice, Alcoa aluminium rims DuraBright-11, 75x22.5 ET 120. Kingpin bolted into a 10 mm thick plate.

Landing Legs
Aluminium drop legs, 2 x 10 t support load; for air suspension, we use swivel feet.

Brake System
According to E.G. standard, two-line braking system, Wabco EBS electronic system with RSS (Roll Stability Support) system, spring-loaded brake system acting on two axles with control at the rear, aluminium air reservoir system, premium modulator.

Electrical System
According to German StVZO guidelines with 2 LED five-chamber lights, type Aspöck Europoint LED, integrated in the aluminium rear closure, 24-Volt system with 1x 5-pin and 2x 7-pin sockets, with LED side marker lights, 2 separate LED work lights at the rear, 2 LED work lights on the side by the landing legs, 1 LED work light mounted inside front left, operable from outside.

Body / Tipping Body "Body internally fully welded"
Bulkhead load 17,250 daN, rear and side walls 10,250 / 13,400 daN. Aluminium tipping body, side walls 30 mm thick aluminium plank profiles (2–3 mm), 600 mm wide, completely welded in with lower and upper flanges, plank profiles fully welded on the inside. Floor installed as moving floor system on 140 mm aluminium cross members, floor load approx. 7 t/m², cross members spaced accordingly close (approx. 350 mm). Aluminium front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2–3 mm thick, straight design. Special aluminium corner profiles in beveled design, smooth rear wall in straight design with 2 aluminium swing doors 50/30 mm thick with 4 locking rods, welded in aluminium rear frame, mounted in Teflon and stainless steel bearings. Moving side wall suspended in reinforced aluminium upper flange with "Kevlar curtain" for complete emptying, side brush seals and additional Kevlar curtain on the side. Integrated discharge chute with foldable cover plate at the end of the floor, operable from the outside at the left rear. Observation window rear left, one sample slide each in the rear doors (total 2), service door front left.

Hydraulic System "Cargo Floor" moving floor system integrated in the floor with hydraulically actuated aluminium profiles on aluminium square profiles with approx. 670 PE-HD glide strips, approx. 6 mm floor thickness, hydraulic stroke approx. 200 mm, fixed half couplings on the front wall, separate connection option for hydraulic line under the chassis with fixed half couplings, line size NW 21, fixed half couplings with size and type to be specified, operating pressure 190 to max. 240 bar, aluminium end pieces welded into the floor, electric control rear left with cable control in a lockable waterproof box.
