Chassis
Manufactured using self-supporting aluminum construction with appropriate reinforcements in the lower chord for particularly high stability and strength. Aggregate chassis made of aluminum, 140 mm frame height (max. 39 t), axles and suspension with disc brakes 22.5”, Jost axle units 3 x 9 tonnes with DC air suspension, lifting and lowering, Wabco Smartboard, electronic brake pad wear indicator (BVA) for display in the tractor unit (without tractor unit equipment), 1st and 3rd axle can be lifted separately with start-assist (without tractor unit equipment), 3rd axle additionally with Optiturn, ECAS air suspension.

Tyres and wheels

6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 (manufacturer’s choice) on Alcoa aluminum rims, satin finish, 11.75x22.5 ET 120 (with steel version + approx. 120 kg).

Landing gears
Aluminum drop leg landing gears, make: Alu-Leg, 2 x 10 t support load, for air suspension we use swivel feet.

Brake system
According to E.E.C. standard, dual-line brake system, Wabco EBS E-System with RSS (Roll Stability Support), spring-actuated parking brake acting on two axles with control at the rear, aluminum air reservoirs, premium modulator.

Electrical system
According to StVZO regulations, with two five-chamber lights type Aspöck Europoint III integrated into the aluminum rear panel, 24-volt system with 1 x 15-pin and 2 x 7-pin sockets, with LED side marker lights, 2 work headlights at the rear, 2 LED work headlights at the sides at the height of the landing gears, 1 LED work headlight inside front left operable from outside.

Body/tipper body — "Body fully welded inside"
Bulkhead load 17,250 daN, rear and side walls 10,250 / 13,400 daN, aluminum tipper body, side walls 30 mm thick aluminum plank profiles (2-3 mm) 600 mm wide, fully welded with bottom and top chords, plank profiles fully welded inside! Floor as moving floor system laid on 140 mm aluminum crossmembers, floor forklift load approx. 7 t/m², closely spaced crossmembers (approx. 350 mm), aluminum bulkhead with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick in straight design, special aluminum corner profiles in chamfered design, smooth rear wall in straight design with 2 aluminum swing doors 50/30 mm thick with 4 locking bars, fitted in a welded aluminum rear frame, mounted on Teflon and stainless steel bearings, traveling aluminum wall suspended from reinforced upper aluminum chord with "Kevlar tarp" for complete emptying, lateral brush sealing and additional Kevlar tarp at the sides, integrated discharge funnel with foldable cover plate at the rear left floor edge and operable from outside, inspection window at rear left, one sampling slider per rear door (total 2), service door on left in bulkhead.

Hydraulic system "Cargo Floor" 24 board system — smooth version!
Moving floor system in the base with hydraulically driven aluminum profiles on aluminum box profiles, fitted with approx. 880 PE-HD slide elements, approx. 8 mm floor thickness, hydraulic system with approx. 200 mm working stroke, fixed halves at bulkhead, separate possibility for connection of hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed halves, line size NW 21, fixed halves to be specified in size and design, operating pressure 190–max. 240 bar, aluminum end pieces welded into the floor, actuation at the rear left with cable remote in a lockable waterproof box, without hydraulic hoses.
