Chassis
Version with reinforced continuous frame, newly manufactured superstructure in self-supporting design with corresponding reinforcements in the lower chord for particularly high stability and strength, cross members 140 mm high in reinforced design (for high ground load capacity), additional reinforcement as gusset plate in the front lower chord/vehicle frame area, chassis made of galvanized steel up to the support assembly (trailer construction max. 39,000 kg).

Axles and Suspension "Disc brake 22.5"
Jost (DCA) axle assemblies, 3x9 tonnes with DCA air suspension, raise and lower function, Wabco Smartboard infotainment center, electronic brake lining wear indicator (BVA) readable in the tractor unit (display), first axle with start-up aid (new EU regulation, without tractor unit equipment) (optional: 1st and 3rd axle liftable).

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels fitted with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 of manufacturer's choice (Br-Go-Co) on silver steel rims, 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

Landing Legs
Mechanical landing gears with two speeds, 2x 20 tonnes load capacity with swivel foot.

Brake System
In accordance with EU standard; EBS electronic system Wabco with RSS (Roll-Stability-Support) and premium modulator, spring-loaded parking brake system operating on two axles with controls at the rear, ALU air reservoir system.

Electrical System
According to the guidelines of EU standard 91/633 and 97/28, with 2 five-chamber lamps type Aspöck Europoint 3 integrated into the aluminium rear cover, 24 Volt system with 1x 15-pin and 2x 7-pin sockets, with LED side marker lights, 2 reflective panels on the rear, position lights front 2x white, rear 2x red, 2 separate LED reversing lights integrated into the underrun protection.

Aluminium tipper body, side walls 30 mm thick ALU plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, fully welded with upper and lower chord, plank profiles fully welded inside, floor as moving floor system mounted on 140 mm ALU crossmembers, forklift floor load approx. 9 t/m², crossmembers closely spaced (approx. 350 mm), ALU front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in straight design, special ALU corner profiles in chamfered design, smooth rear wall in straight design with 2 ALU swing doors 50/30 mm thick, with 2 locking bars locked in a welded ALU rear frame, mounted with Teflon and Inox bearings, doors secured when open with one chain each side, reinforced wear plates on the side walls approx. 2,000x1,500x4 mm, fully welded, moving residue discharge wall with Kevlar tarp approx. 1,800 mm long plus side Kevlar tarp seals, service door in front wall with ladder folding inward.

Hydraulic System "Cargo Floor" Moving Floor System
Moving floor system in floor with hydraulically operated ALU profiles on ALU box section profiles with approx. 880 PE-HD sliding blocks plus anti-lifting sliding bearings, Type CF 10 mm floor version, hydraulic stroke approx. 200 mm working travel, fixed ends on front wall, separate option for connecting hydraulic lines under the vehicle with fixed couplings, line size NW 21, fixed couplings with size and type to be specified, operating pressure 190–max. 240 bar, ALU end pieces welded in moving floor, electronic controls rear left with radio control integrated in lockable waterproof box, without hydraulic hoses.
