TJF-GARNET FDM-150

Double-column hydraulic press equipped with two lateral cylinders connected by a plate for pre-pressing and pressing rotors and stators, as well as a central cylinder for mandrel extraction and rotor shaft fitting, as well as shaft extraction during maintenance. Features a removable table for stacking and handling rotors and stators.

MAIN CYLINDERS 150 TONNES

- 2 hydraulic cylinders, each providing 75 tonnes of force, with a 750 mm stroke, connected by a slotted plate with a central bore of 250 mm diameter.
- Maximum working height between cylinder plates: 1,300 mm.
- Minimum working height between cylinder plates: 550 mm.

EXTRACTION CYLINDER

- 1 central cylinder with 80 tonnes of force and a 1,200 mm stroke.
- Prepared for the attachment of an extraction clamp; piston rod end threaded to M 35.150 x 40 mm length.
- Maximum working height of extractor cylinder: 1,300 mm from the piston rod thread base.
- Minimum working height of extractor cylinder: 100 mm from the piston rod thread base.

TABLE AND STRUCTURE

- Mechanically traversing slotted table, 1,200 x 800 mm, with a 600 mm travel, equipped with worm gear reducer and 0.5 HP electric motor with brake.
- Central bore in the table: 250 mm diameter, maximum depth 550 mm.
- Useful lifting capacity of the table for up to 4 tonnes.
- Traversing speed: 2,600 mm/min.
- Internal front width: 1,250 mm.
- Working height: 600 mm.

HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT

- Two-speed hydraulic unit, 5.5 HP, with automatic disengagement of rapid speed and independent speed settings. Maximum pressure: 250 bar.
- Digital adjustment of maximum force for pre-pressing, pressing, and fitting. Digital force indicator in tonnes. Pressure adjustment system with proportional valves.
