Wegoma SZ 500

The 5-axis machine is designed for industrial machining of aluminium and steel profiles with large volumes and weights. The machine is equipped with a 450 mm saw blade.

Window construction profiles, custom assemblies, façade profiles, and steel profiles are suitable for processing on this machine tool.
The frame consists of a welded construction that is machined mechanically. The material thickness of the frame exceeds 14 millimetres to ensure a flat surface and to prevent deformation during transport and/or movement of the machine. The frame is fitted with 12 adjustable steel feet that can adapt to any flooring and are equipped with rubber pads to prevent vibration transmission to the floor. A movable carriage made of welded steel tubes is mounted on the frame and connected by multiple supports to guarantee maximum stability, ensuring that the support arm does not bend even during demanding operations on steel or more resilient materials.
