Special-purpose CNC machine, type HPC FLEX-V100, manufactured by Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik Vogtland. The system is configured as a single-spindle machining module with horizontal/vertical machining capabilities and an automatic pallet changing system, designed specifically for the machining of rolling bearing cages.

The machining unit is based on a combination of two NC rotary tables (A- and B-axes), enabling access to various machining positions and division angles. Via the 2-axis combination, a pallet with clamping fixture is swiveled from the loading position to the machining position.

Loading is carried out via an automatic pallet changer with a separate pallet infeed station. Direct loading within the working area is not structurally provided for.

The system is equipped with comprehensive peripheral devices including a coolant unit with high-pressure system, chip conveyor, hydraulic power unit, recooling unit, centralized lubrication, as well as oil and emulsion mist extraction system.

Machine control is via Siemens SINUMERIK 840D.

Used industrial special-purpose machine from a production environment. The system is fully assembled and equipped with extensive peripheral equipment.

Visually, the condition is consistent with the age and use, showing typical signs of wear in the working area.

Inspection of the machine is possible by prior appointment. Dismantling, loading, and transportation are to be carried out by the buyer.
