Note:
The machine is 100% compatible with Rausch broaching machines of the same performance classes in the RS 3, RS 4 and RS 6 series currently available on the market. All fixtures, tools or broaching mandrels are fully interchangeable.
General Information
The dual-spindle drive ensures smooth, central pulling forces and a constant broaching speed. The machine is primarily designed for manufacturing keyways up to 20mm (for keyway tools over 16mm only with stepped tool shank).
The machine’s design allows for fast and easy setup with flat broaching tools for keyway broaching. The universally constructed pull bridge and machine table facilitate broaching with both profile and flat broaching tools.
Profile broaching can be carried out without additional pull heads, using simple centering bushings.
Matching broaching tools and mandrels are available on request.
