The SPEED BEND PRO press brake by ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, offering high flexibility for bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine concept, combined with precise CNC control, provides durable and reliable performance. Moreover, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA graphical CNC control allows convenient operation via touch screens and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen located on the left swiveling arm. Bending operations are initiated using a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the user is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
