Gooseneck: Gooseneck in SNT design for optimizing the loading deck length, approx. 3,750 mm long. Gooseneck is hydraulically liftable/lowerable and detachable. Technical king pin load: 23,000 kg. Suitable for tractor units: 4 x 2, 6 x 2, and 6 x 4.
Lowbed: Lowbed with external beams, extendable in SUPER LOW design, approx. 6,850 mm long. Lowbed with fixed hardwood floor (approx. 40 mm thick) and mechanical locking. Supply lines are securely routed within the extendable beams and automatically adjust to the respective lowbed length. 5 pairs of lashing rings, foldable outwards (LC 10,000 daN). 6 pairs of threaded blocks on the inside beam for mounting screwable RUD rings.
Rear running gear: Rear running gear with closed outer frame, checker plate covering, and continuous prism-shaped excavator recess, approx. 1,250/700 x 505 mm, open at the rear. 2 pairs of lashing rings, foldable outwards (LC 10,000 daN). 1 pair of horizontally positioned lashing rings in the recess LC 16,000 daN. 1 pair of horizontally positioned lashing rings in the recess LC 10,600 daN. 2 pairs of stake pockets for plug-in stakes, approx. 100 x 50 mm, in the outer frame.
PENDLE AXLES: PENDLE AXLES, all axles hydro-mechanically forced steered. Hose rupture valve on the axle compensation cylinder with automatic reset function. Hydraulic cylinders with shut-off valves and preliminary locks for securing in raised position. Axles finished with two coats of single-color 2K paint in FAY-Grey-34-0260. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg per axle. Hydraulic axle compensation. Axle tools included.
Tyres: 245/70 R 17.5 3PMSF, brand of our choice. Load index (146/146F).
TPMS: Tyre Pressure Monitoring System in accordance with ECE R 141.
Brake system: Wabco braking system per EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M), without connecting lines to the tractor unit.
Electrics: Electrical installation according to EU regulations, 24 Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3) lighting. All LED side marker lights flash with the indicator. ASPÖCK-UNIBOX at the front connection strip with sockets 24N, 24S, and 15-pin. Connections according to ISO: 24N ISO-1185, 24S ISO-3731, 15-pin ISO-12098.
Steel structure: Steel structure made from high-strength fine-grained steels. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa).
Paintwork: Complete steel structure automatically blasted after welding using a shot-blasting machine. Second blasting treatment with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) for optimum corrosion protection. Final coating with two layers of 2K topcoat, single-color in RAL 3002 carmine red as per RAL system 841GL.
