Technical Description
Gooseneck:
Gooseneck with rear taper approx. 750 mm x 10°.
3 pairs of lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN).
30 mm thick hardwood flooring.
Loading Area:
Hydraulically liftable and lowerable platform after the gooseneck, approx. 2,800 mm in length, with rear taper approx. 1,000 mm x 8°.
6 pairs of fold-out lashing rings to the outside (LC 5,000 daN).
2 pairs of fold-out lashing rings to the outside (LC 10,000 daN).
1 pair of foldable lashing rings to the inside on the front central beam (LC 10,000 daN).
Grating floor covering C40/4 (point load 2.3 t on an area of 20 x 20 cm), over the axles tread plate covering.
Two-Piece Steel Ramps:
One pair of galvanized two-part steel ramps approx. 3,185 + 1,420 x 1,250 mm with grating covering C40/5 (point load 8 t on an area of 20 x 20 cm).
Ramps with hydraulically folding ramp sections and hydraulic lifting mechanism.
Maximum load per pair: 40,000 kg
In accordance with Regulation 1230/2012/EU, ramps with a length of less than 300 mm in driving position are not included in the overall vehicle length of 16,500 mm.
Landing Legs:
JOST mechanical landing legs with 2-speed gearbox for 24 t lifting capacity (50 t test load).
Tyres:
235/75 R17.5 3PMSF tyres at the manufacturer’s discretion.
TPMS:
TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141.
Data transmission to the towing vehicle via the standardized EBS interface according to ISO 11992. For proper display, the towing vehicle must be capable of transmitting and displaying this data.

BPW axles and suspension, 2 rigid axles, 1 trailing steering axle.

– Sliding roof with upwards foldable portal beam.

Paintwork:
Entire steel structure is automatically blast-cleaned with a wheel blasting machine after welding. Second blast treatment with corundum for optimal coating adhesion.
HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum) to ensure maximum corrosion protection.
Final painting with 2 coats of 2K topcoat, single colour, shade of choice according to RAL system 841GL.
Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). No metallic paint.
