Technical Description
Gooseneck:
Gooseneck with rear chamfer approx. 750 mm x 10°.
3 pairs of lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN).
Hardwood flooring, 30 mm thick.

Loading Area:
5 pairs of fold-out lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN).
3 pairs of fold-out lashing rings (LC 10,000 daN).
1 pair of recessed lashing rings at the front of the loading area (LC 10,000 daN).
Hardwood flooring approx. 48 mm thick, tread-plate covering over the axles.

Landing Legs:
JOST landing legs (mechanical) with 2-speed gearbox for 24 t lifting capacity (50 t test load).

Tyres:
Tyres 205/65 R17.5, manufacturer’s choice.

TPMS:
TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system in accordance with ECE R 141.
Data transmission to the tractor unit is via the standardised EBS interface as per ISO 11992. For correct display, the tractor unit must be capable of transmitting and displaying this data.

Axles:
BPW axles: two fixed axles, two self-steering axles, air suspension, drum brakes, lifting/lowering function.
The self-steering axles have electro-magnetic reverse lock, activated via reverse gear or manually.
Axle tool included.

Brake System:
WABCO brake system compliant with EU regulations with EBS-E (4S3M), no connecting lines to the tractor unit.

Electrical System:
Electrical system as per EU regulations, 24 Volt LED lighting ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3).
All LED side marker lights synchronise with the indicator.
ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the front connection rail with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets.

Steel Construction:
Steel structure made from high-strength fine-grained steels.
Steel grades:
– S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa)
– S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa)

Paintwork:
Entire steel structure automatically shot blasted after welding using a shot blasting system. Second blasting treatment with corundum for optimum adhesion of the coating system.
HRM metallisation of the complete chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminium) for optimal corrosion protection.
Final painting: two coats of 2-pack topcoat, single-colour in a shade of choice according to the RAL 841GL system.
Rear section metallised and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Metallic finishes not available. Paint specification tested according to salt spray test ISO 9227-NSS.
Cavity sealing with special wax.
