Chassis Semi-Trailer Spedition
High-tensile steel welded construction in lightweight design, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2-inch kingpin, coil well approx. 8,040 mm long, 6 coil supports (coil pockets inside 82 x 52 mm), coil cover with phenolic plywood boards and steel cross members, 2 slit strip covers for the coil well, each approx. 293 mm wide, unladen weight approx. 13 kg per cover, outer frame slightly inclined with 'Load-Lock profile' for lashing strap attachment. Note: To attach the straps in combination with side walls, the side walls must be opened! 9 pairs of lashing eyes, each with a 5-ton capacity, recessed in the coil well area, 24-ton, 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight base section, without compensating ram. Note: Free landing leg corner dimension or free pivoting radius to the rear approx. 1,930 mm, without landing gear, pull-out ladder at the rear, door retainers at the sides, 2 wheel chocks with holders, side underrun protection made of aluminum, bracket mounted transversely to the longitudinal beam and on the longitudinal beam for supporting aluminum planks, rear underrun protection aluminum, half-shell mudguards, fitted with anti-spray mudflaps according to EU, rear bumper, 1 plastic toolbox, 2 pairs of stanchion sockets recessed into the outer frame, approx. 72 x 42 mm internal dimensions, positions 1 and 2 according to Fliegl stanchion data sheet (old version), as with AU 19219.

SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, 'axle/chassis laser alignment' reduces tire wear and fuel consumption, axle spacing offset 1,410/1,310 mm (combined transport) up to 44-ton total train weight, air suspension, no lift axle.
