Chassis – Semi-Trailer for Freight Forwarding
Fine-grained steel welded construction in lightweight design, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, coil well approx. 8,040 mm long, 6 coil supports (coil pockets internal dimensions 82 x 52 mm), coil cover made of plywood panels and steel cross members, 2 slit coil well covers each approx. 293 mm wide, tare weight approx. 13 kg per cover, outer frame slightly sloped with "load-lock profile" for attaching lashing straps. Note: To hook the straps in combination with drop sides, the drop sides need to be opened! 9 pairs of recessed lashing rings rated at 5 tons each within the coil well area, 24-ton 2-speed landing gear with single-sided operation, with straight lower section, without compensating slider. Note: Free support foot corner dimension or unobstructed swing radius to the rear approx. 1,930 mm, without landing legs; sliding ladder at the rear; door retainers on the sides; 2 wheel chocks with holders; side underrun protection in aluminium, brackets mounted crosswise and on longitudinal beams for supporting aluminium planks; rear underrun protection in aluminium; half-shell mudguards with anti-spray flaps according to EU regulations; rear impact protection; 1 plastic toolbox; 2 pairs of stake pockets recessed in the outer frame (internal dimensions approx. 72 x 42 mm), on positions 1 and 2 as per Fliegl stake datasheet (old version), as with AU 19219;
2 stake pockets recessed centrally in the floor (internal dimensions approx. 72 x 42 mm) on positions 1 and 2 as per Fliegl stake datasheet (old version), as with AU 192198. Note: Stake pockets/insertion stakes are not designed for exclusive load securing of long materials, pipes, etc. without lashing.

Axles & Suspension
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm brake disc diameter, "axle/chassis laser aligned" to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption, staggered axle spacing 1410/1310 mm (combined transport), suitable for up to 44 ton total train weight, air suspension, without lift axle.
