Jumbo Chassis Semi-Trailer
Steel welded construction with closely spaced cross members, reinforced design, low-loader outer frame profile, suitable for transporting construction machinery up to 32,000 kg and a maximum external machine width of 2550 mm, fifth wheel plate with interchangeable 2'' kingpins. Rear slant approx. 1200 mm at 7°. Enclosed upper ramp shaft with steel/tread plate.

In the low-bed section, omega rail laterally below the outer frame serves as a hanging strip for tarpaulins and distance holders for the lashing mushrooms, not in the wheel area. For the lift table: an additional fixed lightweight outer frame with omega profile allows for the lift table to be raised with closed tarpaulin!

24 t, 2-speed landing gear with single-side operation, half-round base and straight mounting plate, with thrust compensation. Free swing radius to rear: approx. 1950 mm.

Lift table after gooseneck, approx. 3000 mm long, hydraulically liftable for driving over the gooseneck, with mechanical locking in raised position (cylinder angled for good ground clearance, Fliegl standard). Controls on FR-right + additional operation via wireless remote control (same as ramp operation). Lift table can be raised with tarpaulin closed!

1st axle is an automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and starting aid, actuated by 3x braking (starting aid is functional up to 30% axle load exceedance and up to a max. speed of 25 km/h)
Axle lift is below recommended driving height, therefore no guarantee for tire damage
