MECAL MC 302 Geos 5-MMI

MECAL MC302 GEOS-5 5-AXIS Machining Centre, manufactured in 2014 in Italy, is designed for milling, drilling, tapping, and cutting profiles made of aluminium alloys and plastics. The machine, equipped with high-end components and innovative solutions, performs machining operations both on a single working area and within two separate working zones, significantly increasing the speed and efficiency of the production process. Simultaneous machining in two working zones is made possible by the use of a longitudinal working area with a movable machining station and chip conveyor.

The MECAL aluminium profile machining centre achieves high structural rigidity thanks to its base made from high-quality steel tubes. During operation, the profile is held in place by special clamps with an independent power supply system, enabling the positioning and automatic repositioning of each individual clamp in a very short time. All five axes (X, Y, Z, A, C) are driven by motors with digital controls and move on automatically lubricated, precision guides. The MECAL GEOS-5 machining centre is offered with 3D software, providing a high level of programming flexibility, user-friendly operation, and an intuitive graphical interface.
