With the DGL200E double mitre saw, we offer you a reliable quality product from our range of precision double mitre saws, enabling you to supply your customers with flawless, high-quality construction elements. Cutting lengths can be loaded into the control unit of this double-head mitre saw via network or USB connection or entered manually via the keypad. Specialized software solutions allow automatic positioning for cross cuts, oversized or undersized lengths, enabling processing of lengths beyond the machine's standard cutting range. The optimization program with remnant processing helps minimize offcuts, reduce costs, and sustainably lower the demand for valuable materials such as aluminum, plastic, or wood. A thermal label printer with dispensing unit, ergonomically located directly below the operator terminal, allows efficient labeling of finished parts. Good and controlled offcut disposal for the base machine can be optionally supplemented with a conveyor belt system.
