Chassis: Constructed with a continuous frame, newly manufactured in a self-supporting aluminum (ALU) design featuring appropriate reinforcements in the lower flange for exceptional stability and strength. Crossmembers are 140mm high and reinforced (for high floor load capacity). Additional reinforcement via gusset plate in the front lower flange/vehicle frame area. Chassis from galvanized steel up to the support structure.

Axles and Suspension: Disc brakes 22.5, Jost (DCA) axle assemblies, 3x9 ton with DCA air suspension, lifting and lowering functions, Wabco Smartboard info center, electronic brake wear indicator BVA readable in the tractor unit (display). First axle with traction assist (new EC regulation, without tractor unit installation). Optionally, first and third axles liftable as per MP request.

Tyres and Wheels: 6 wheels with tires, size 385/65 R 22.5 as per manufacturer's choice (Br-Go-Co), on silver steel rims, size 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

King Pin: 2" bolted into a 10mm thick plate.

Landing Legs: Mechanical landing gears with two speeds, 2x 20-ton support load, swing foot.

Brake System: According to E.C. norms, EBS electronic system by Wabco with RSS (Roll Stability Support) and premium modulator. Spring-loaded brake system acting on two axles, controlled from the rear, ALU air reservoir system.

Electrical System: According to EC Norm 91/633 and 97/28 with two five-chamber rear lamps, Aspöck Europoint type, integrated in ALU rear closure, 24V system with 1x 15-pin and 2x 7-pin sockets. LED side marker lights, two reflective plates at the rear, front position lights (2x white), rear position lights (2x red), two separate halogen reversing lights integrated in underrun protection.

Superstructure/Body: Interior fully welded. Reinforced side walls, front wall load 17,250 daN, side and rear wall 13,400/10,400 daN. Aluminium tipper body, side walls of 30mm thick ALU plank profiles (2-3mm), 600mm wide, fully welded with upper and lower flange. Plank profiles fully welded inside. Floor with moving floor system laid on 140mm ALU crossmembers, forklift load approx. 9 t/m2. Crossmembers at approx. 350mm spacing for dense mounting. Special ALU corner profiles in chiseled design. Smooth rear wall, straight design, with two ALU swing doors, 50/30mm thick, with two rod locks mounted in a welded-in ALU rear frame with Teflon and stainless-steel bearings. Doors secured in opened position with lateral chains. Hard wear plates on side walls (approx. 2000x1500x4mm), fully welded. Mobile residual discharge wall with Kevlar tarpaulin, approx. 1800mm long plus lateral brushes with Kevlar seal. Service door in front wall with inward-turning ladder.

Hydraulic System: Moving floor system in the floor with hydraulically operated ALU profiles on ALU square profiles with approx. 880 PE-HD sliding elements and additional anti-lifting slide bearings, Type CF 10mm floor version. Hydraulic stroke approx. 200mm. Fixed ends at the front wall. Separate hydraulic connection possibility under the vehicle with fixed halves, pipe size NW 21. Fixing half with size and design to be specified. Operating pressure 190-max. 240 Bar. ALU end sections welded into the moving floor. Electric control rear left with remote integrated in lockable watertight box. Without hydraulic hoses.

Accessories: 6 PVC mudguards with 2 anti-spray flaps, 6 PVC splash guards above the wheels, 1 ALU spare wheel holder, foldable side ALU underrun protection, one toolbox approx. 860x460x400
