Chassis Tipper Semi-Trailer
Fine-grain steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" king pin and two king pin positions. King pin mounted in the front position. Patented curved front bulkhead. 24 t, 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with semi-circular base and straight connection plate, with push compensation. Detaching under load is not possible; when uncoupled, the vehicle must be positioned at a rearward angle.
Free rearward swing clearance approx. 2100 mm in the rear position and approx. 2600 mm in the front position. Wheel chocks with holder. Aluminum side underrun protection. Folding rear underrun protection. Rear underrun protection with spring assistance for easier operation. Half-shell mudguards. Asphalt-specification splash flaps behind the last axle, fitted to mudguards with a hinge, with hanging provision at the top of the mudguard, shortened mudguard. Tarpaulin bar with holder. Tow hook at the rear (not on Revolution models).
Axles & Suspension
Cajdpjx Dkpnofx Ah Isa
BPW or SAF drum brake axles, at manufacturer's discretion. Axles in off-road specification. “Axle/chassis laser alignment” – reduces tire wear and fuel consumption. Air suspension. 1st axle: automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and start-up assistance, operated via “3x brake” (start-up aid is active up to 30% axle overload and up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h). “Hot-dip galvanized lift axle mechanism” – 10-year warranty against corrosion.
Brake System
2-line compressed air braking system. Colored layout of air lines for easy servicing. Spring-loaded parking brake. Two anti-tangle coupling heads in front, without connecting line. 24 Volt EBS, electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front, without connecting cable.
Note: The trailer may only be towed by tractors that ensure ABS functionality!
With raise & lower valve. Vehicle stability control system. Paver brake, electrically operated from the truck, no truck installation required. Automatic tipping lowering with shut-off valve.
Wheels and Tires
385/65 R22.5 – manufacturer at supplier’s discretion. Steel rims, factory silver.
Electrics
24 Volt, multi-chamber lights, yellow side LED lighting. Two front white position LED lights. Two rear white/red lane marker lights. 1 x 15-pin socket at the front, without connecting cable. 1 LED headlamp with integrated “Osprey” body camera (technical inspection required upon order). LED strobe light(s) at the rear, operated by a switch in the truck cab, no truck installation required, wired to PIN 12. In case of order: please specify PIN allocation!
Rear-view camera system with color flat-screen monitor, wireless connection to the display, monitor with suction cup mount and power via 24-volt vehicle socket.
Registration Country / Plates
Germany. With DEKRA inspection and certificate (in accordance with §13 of the EC Type Approval Regulation). 24/7 service hotline. Superstructure rigidity according to EN 12642. Prepared for single-line license plate holder. Reflective contour marking according to ECE R 048, white on sides and red at rear.
